Las fotografías finales serán entregadas al cliente en formato digital mediante enlace de descarga o acceso a galería privada online.
El plazo de entrega habitual es de entre 5 y 15 días hábiles desde la fecha de la sesión fotográfica, salvo que se haya acordado otro plazo específico con el cliente.
En caso de productos físicos (impresiones, álbumes u otros materiales), el envío se realizará a la dirección facilitada por el cliente mediante servicio de mensajería. Los plazos de envío pueden variar según el proveedor de impresión y la ubicación del destinatario.
El estudio no se responsabiliza de retrasos ocasionados por la empresa de transporte o por causas ajenas a su control.
Cancelación y devolución de pedidos
Las reservas de sesiones fotográficas podrán cancelarse con al menos 48 horas de antelación a la fecha programada. En caso de cancelación dentro de este plazo, el cliente podrá:
Reprogramar la sesión en otra fecha disponible, o
Solicitar la devolución del importe abonado en concepto de reserva (si procede).
Las cancelaciones realizadas con menos de 48 horas de antelación podrán implicar la pérdida de la señal o reserva, salvo causa de fuerza mayor debidamente justificada.
Dado que los servicios fotográficos y los productos personalizados (fotografías editadas, impresiones, álbumes, etc.) se elaboran específicamente para cada cliente, no se admiten devoluciones una vez realizado el trabajo o entregado el material, salvo en caso de error imputable al estudio.
Reembolso
En caso de que proceda un reembolso (por cancelación dentro del plazo permitido o imposibilidad de prestar el servicio por parte del estudio), el importe será devuelto mediante el mismo método de pago utilizado por el cliente, salvo acuerdo en contrario.
El plazo para procesar el reembolso será de entre 5 y 10 días hábiles, dependiendo de la entidad bancaria o plataforma de pago utilizada.
No se realizarán reembolsos por servicios ya prestados ni por trabajos fotográficos que hayan sido realizados y entregados conforme a lo acordado.
